Miniature Paintings

I love to paint miniatures as they allow me to explore images, play around with different subjects and create work over an afternoon rather than over a month. They also allow me to offer original works, bright and cheerful for under £70 framed. I aim to create little bursts of colour, simple but bright. All are framed, ready to hand, and for sale. Unless they are marked as SOLD they'll be on my eBay store, there are also more detailed photos. Alternatively, if you did fancy one, simply massage me directly and I will email more details and photos. Most measure 10 x 10 cms in size, but exact details are available.

Ballet Shoes

I decided to create a set of paintings focusing solely on the wonderful shapes and angles the ballerina can create using her feet. I've enjoyed them so much I keep finding myself returning to the subject.
I wanted the works to show the elegance of dance but also the strength and control required.

Bird Watch

A little series of miniatures of birds, mostly UK with a few tropical ones I couldn't resist. Painted on linen I wanted them to shine from the canvas, the colours and texture rich and bright.
